SHIPMENT

The shipment is entrusted to the trusted courier of Puggelli.it. The choice of the most appropriate courier for each individual shipment is the unique prerogative of Puggelli.it, shipments cannot be entrusted to couriers sent by customers.

The goods travel under the responsibility of the customer, without prejudice to the good diligence of Puggelli.it in packaging and shipping the goods.

Each shipment is insured free of charge by Puggelli.it against theft and accidental damage. When the shipment arrives at the recipient, we invite you to check the integrity of the package before acceptance and possibly reject the goods or collect them with specific reserve (eg “tampered tape” “wet package” “open package”). In case of tampering with the package, contact customer assistance as soon as possible (and no later than 2 days) indicating the problem encountered and possibly attach explanatory photos.

Customer service reserves the right to request more photos or to return the package tampered with in its entirety as received at the expense of Puggelli.it.

We decline all responsibility for goods withdrawn without reserve or with generic reserve (eg “reserve of verification” “reserve of control”).

Any decision regarding damaged, tampered with or lost packages will be communicated to the Customer as soon as possible, in a timely manner for the checks by the courier and his insurance company.

Puggelli.it cannot ship under any circumstances to post office boxes, mail boxes or similar. All orders that intend to ship to such an address will be rejected.

ITALY
Shipping is free for a minimum amount of € 50.00.

EUROPE
Shipping is calculated based on weight and dimensions

REST OF THE WORLD
The cost of shipping is communicated based on weight and destination before the conclusion of the order.

For shipments outside the EEC, the goods will be shipped with the necessary regular documents indicating the real value of the goods. Any customs in the country of destination may burden the goods with taxes and duties that are neither within the competence of nor knowable by Puggelli.it and are the total responsibility of the Customers. Customers are obliged to verify that the goods ordered by them are legally importable in the country of destination. Puggelli.it is not responsible for orders returned to the sender or destroyed for unpaid customs duties or illegality of the goods for the country of destination. Any transport and / or duty costs due to the return of the goods are fully charged to the customer.

DELIVERY TIME

AVAILABLE ITEMS:

Items already available are shipped within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date. During the Christmas period, for sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

Pre-Order items are shipped as soon as they are available in stock.

Payment is made at the time of the order, although the goods are shipped later in the season.

We wish to remind new customers that Puggelli.it can ask the Bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterparty bank. This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of the order.

Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:

• ITALY 24/48 hours from shipment (except for islands and remote locations which may take longer)
• EUROPE 1-3 days from shipment
• REST OF THE WORLD highly variable time due to customs timing, permits and methods of transport not attributable to Puggelli.it

Each shipment always has an online Tracking number with which to check the position of the package and any delays or problems.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify the tracking and resolve any problems or delays attributable to them (eg “incorrect address” “absence on delivery” “non-payment of duties or taxes”).

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Puggelli.it and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the

Customers (eg “incorrect address”, “recipient always absent”, “incorrect telephone number”, etc.), or if the Customers refuse delivery, the shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund due to customer.

Puggelli.it is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or due to force majeure beyond the control of Puggelli.it. 

Puggelli.it is not responsible for any delays or cancellations or stocks due to any exceptional event or not but in any case not dependent on Puggelli.it (eg terrorism, pandemics, natural events, strikes etc.)
