CREDIT CARD

At the time of purchase, Customers enter their credit card details in a secure electronic banking system, provided by Paypal.com.

Credit Card Security
All transactions are processed through a secure server, guaranteeing Puggelli.it customers maximum data protection.

The operators of the Puggelli.it Customer Service are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and / or details of validity of the same. Credit Card Charges

If the existing funds are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the transaction will be processed instantly.

The credit card used will be charged at the time of purchase even in the case of a pre-order although the shipment of these items takes place later in the season.

BANK TRANSFER

By choosing payment by bank transfer, at the end of the order, customers automatically receive a confirmation email containing the bank details of Puggelli.it, following which the goods are put aside pending the arrival of the transfer on the account .        

The customer is required to send a copy of the payment by FAX or by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation. We remind our customers that it is essential to indicate the order number to which the purchase refers in the reason for payment.

If within this period Puggelli.it does not receive a copy of the payment, it will cancel the order and put the goods back on sale.

We will ship the order when the transfer has reached our bank account and as soon as the goods are available in our warehouse.

PAYPAL

By choosing the PAYPAL payment method, customers can pay directly through their Paypal account. Puggelli.it reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal. New Customers

We wish to remind our new customers that Puggelli.it can ask the Bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterparty bank. This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of the order.

Puggelli.it reserves the right to request new customers to ship the goods to the billing address of the same.
